Upstairs, there is a charming bedroom with two single beds—perfect for children or friends—designed to ensure peace and restful sleep. All sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning, providing maximum comfort in every season.
The house also features a washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays, and offers everything you need to feel truly at home from the very first moment.

The Story
The history of this house is deeply connected to the life of the village. For many years, it was home to two sisters who lived here until the 1980s. Later, until 2021, it became the residence of an elderly gentleman, to whom the current owners, Silvia and Leonardo Santucci, dedicated great care and humanity during the final years of his life.
After his passing, the opportunity arose to purchase the property. Initially, Leonardo was simply looking for a space to use as storage, but he soon chose to embark on a much more ambitious project: a careful and respectful restoration. With a passion for preservation, he brought to light the original features of the historic village houses, enhancing their authentic details and timeless character.
Today, Casina delle Bimbe is a welcoming holiday apartment, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. Its location makes it easy to reach some of the region’s most beautiful destinations, such as Siena, Volterra, Pisa, as well as the stunning Costa degli Etruschi—perfect for those who wish to enjoy a seaside escape.
