The prices for our apartment vary depending on the season, as we adapt flexibly to market conditions. The rate is independent of the number of guests and includes:
- Full use of the apartment
- Parking (approx. 100 m away)
- Bed linen and towels

House Rules
To ensure the comfort of all guests and to maintain the quality of our property, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:
- Pets are not allowed
- Any damages must be reported immediately
- Waste separation is mandatory – any municipal fines will be charged to the guest
- Please respect the neighbors, especially during evening hours
- Parties or loud events are not permitted
